I will try to give you some information about diagnosis, follow-up of the pregnancy until delivery, care of the pregnancy in the clinic and of the postpartum period, independently of the clinic of choice you have chosen as it would be in private centres such as Clinica Rotger, Clinica Miramar or Palmaplanas, or public hospitals such as Son Espases, Son Llatzer, Hospital de Manacor or Inca).

In our clinic we can carry out tests for a follow-up of the pregnancy, from analysis, transvaginal ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound including 3D and 4D, NST for the control of the fetal heartbeat (the so-called “straps”), etc.

For special explorations we work and cooperate with specialized centers both in consultation and in clinics in Palma.

In a normal evolution pregnancy we have the possibility of delivery care in private clinics from the 32nd week of gestation in

• Policlinica Miramar
• Clinica Palmaplanas

Our idea is to inform and train the mother-to-be and to accompany her from the diagnosis of the pregnancy to the delivery in the clinic, even in case of having to perform a C-section due to maternal or child reasons.

The possibility of a natural birth or perhaps different alternatives during delivery are contemplated, such as outpatient deliveries, deliveries without or with epidural anesthesia including cesarean section.
